Acaí Berry Bowl

I'm always looking for different things to try in the morning to keep me energized. I decided to try the Acaí Berry Bowl phenomenon, and got it in powder form and in frozen form. I decided to start with the powder form first, and I was not disappointed! It was so easy to make, tasted amazing, and kept me full all morning- even after a workout! I guess they don't call it a superfood for nothing.


4 Tablespoons of Terra soul Superfoods Acai Berry Powder

1/2 cup of Almond Milk (or Milk of choice)

1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt

1 Banana

1/2 tablespoon of Raw Honey


Shredded Coconut


Mixed Frozen Berries

Chia Seeds (Optional)


1. Cut Banana in half, and place half of it into blender. In blender, add Acai Berry Powder, Almond Milk, Raw Honey, and Greek yogurt. Blend until creamy, thick, and smooth. (It should be thicker than a smoothie.)

2. Pour into a bowl. Slice remainder half of banana and line slices around the bowl. Sprinkle granola, berries, and shredded coconut flakes on top of bowl. Voila!
